USA Purchase & Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with the Big Kahuna Luau, part of the Big Kahuna Group (“BKG”, “we” or “us”)! We appreciate the fact that you decided to book the best luaus, activities, and shows that Florida has to offer. We are here to make sure that your vacation is memorable, from your online search to your visit to our luau dinner show. We believe that your experience should be seamless. The most important thing to remember is that by booking a luau or vacation package by phone or online with us, you agree to all the terms below and Big Kahuna Luau’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Easy Cancellation Policy

We’re here to share the genuine hospitality spirit of hospitality with our guests by delivering an elevated luau experience. We strongly believe that we’ll be the best part of your Florida vacation. That’s why we always go above and beyond to make sure that you book the right luau packages and other activities. We understand that sometimes plans can change and you may need to cancel; hence we have this easy cancellation policy.

  • Luaus, activities, and vacations packages booked with us that do not include airline and/or hotels segment can be cancelled by contacting our support center up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled luau date for a full refund
  • Luaus, activities, and vacations packages booked with us that include airline and/or hotel segment can be cancelled by contacting our support center up to 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled luau for a full refund
  • Groups of 10 or more can cancel their booking by contacting our support team up to 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled luau date for a full refund.


Note: Luaus, activities and vacations packages booked with us cannot be canceled once the tour or activity has started. Airlines and Hotels have different service-cancellation policies and might not refund the airfare or accommodation portion of the package

Fair Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on delivering the best vacation to all of our guests. If we provide you with a luau experience that isn’t what you dreamed or expect it to be, we invite you to read our Refunds Page.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

We reserve the right to change prices for luaus, tours, vacation packages, and all activities we display on our sites at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur by mistakes. If you have been charged more than the posted price for a luau or vacation package on our websites, don’t hesitate to contact our reservation center for a refund of the overcharge. Should we reduce the price on any product within 7 calendar days from the date you book your luau, activity, or vacation package, feel free to contact our local concierge to request a price match or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the credit, you must contact us 7 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during the holidays or and special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Prices on our websites are shown in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please get in touch with your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Booking Acceptance/Confirmation

We may, in its sole discretion, cancel any luau, tour, activity, or vacation package booking. We may also require additional information before accepting or processing any booking. Once we receive your online or call-center booking, we’ll provide you with an email booking confirmation. Your booking acknowledgment means that your order has been received; it does not constitute confirmation of your tour, luau, activity, or vacation package; we are simply acknowledging that we received your order. We reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If the order is cancelled after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount to your credit card.

Product Availability

Given the popularity of our luau dinner show during the high season month it’s possible for our events or luau packages to be sold out for certain days and not available to be book on our website. We reserves the right to cancel any booking. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently learns that it cannot operate the services requested. In the event we cannot operate the service you booked, we will cancel the order and refund your credit card in full.
