1. Creating local jobs & Increasing the tax base
Over 500 new jobs are created per location where we operate:
- 10 Executives (VP & directors) $90,000 average yearly wage
- 30 Managers (sales, marketing) $90,000 average yearly wage
- 20 Supervisors (operation, call center)$60,000 average yearly wage
- 25 Maintenance(gardeners, cleaners) $50,000 average yearly wage
- 95 F&B (servers, bartenders) $74,000 average yearly wage
- 20 Technology (web, programmers) $74,000 average yearly wage
- 50 Entertainers (dancers, musicians) $50,000 average yearly wage
- 25 Production (lights & sounds) $74,000 average yearly wage
Increasing the tax base:
- Increase the tax base by generating an additional $4 million tourism tax revenue
Visitors create a direct network value effect that will benefit local businesses generating more tourism tax revenue.
2. Benefit to Community & Local Collages
- Health and Happiness: Creating a sense of place with an attractive green mixed-use development
- Equity and Local Economy: Creating a safe, equitable place to work and visit which revitalize the area and increase the properties’ value

3. Environment Preservation
- Land and Nature: Dedication to land and historic preservation, preservation, and restoration.
- Sustainable Water: Using water efficiently, protecting local water resources, and reducing flooding and drought. BKL water consumption is very minimum. Gardens and the toilets will use water for a rainwater catchment system.
- Local and Sustainable Food: Promoting sustainable and organic farming
- Travel and Transport: Encouraging the use of transportation provided, reducing cars.
- Materials and Products: Using materials from sustainable sources and promoting products, which help people reduce consumption. Use Biodegradable and low volatile organic compound (VOC) chemicals only.
- Zero Waste: Reducing consumption, reusing, and recycling to achieve zero waste and zero pollution. All the treated wastewater is used for garden irrigation, ensuring that no water discharges flow into the ocean preventing environmental degradation.
- Zero Carbon Energy: Our huts are ecological and energy-efficient. BKL will supply all energy with renewables. A hybrid system composed of photovoltaic solar panels with a 3-day back up to improved energy efficiency-enhancing our carbon footprint.
